About Kelsey Askwith
Kelsey is a fiction writer with several short stories published in literary journals. She has a collection of fiction stories to come out sometime in 2025. Her fiction showcases the human heart, its relationships with others, and with the God who created it. While her work pulses with Catholic identity, it does not shy from the gritty aspects of life on Earth, nor the sinfulness of humanity.
She has been writing stories for as long as she can remember, asking older cousins to help her write them down when she wasn't old enough to do it herself. She still has a couple of these gems saved away, crayon-colored illustrations and all.
The mother of five, Kelsey lives on a small hobby farm in Minnesota with her husband, whom she's always trying to talk into getting goats, with little success so far.
